Andy: Fran tonight. time 3:38. Was able to do all sets unbroken. Took time to catch my wind between sets. Entire body was shot. My lungs most of all took a beating. Tough to catch wind even ten minutes after workout.
Billy: That is an absolutely amazing time AJ. Well done! I didn't get a chance to workout today, but I got a request for more materials from BYU and Miami University in Ohio. Hope everybody is good.
